Although you may have already set up the entitlement rules in your various leave types, you will still require to update the current year's leave balance for your employees in KROWME. This is because entitlement is only generated every year end (December closing).

For example, if you start using KROWME in August 2022, your next year-end leave process will be in December 2022, and entitlement can only be generated by the system for 2023 onwards.
