Setup Employee Profile (through Employee Self Service)

From the pop-up window after creating a new employee profile, you will see an option to tick:

'Invite employee to do self service?'

Tick the box, and you will be prompted to fill the User ID & Password that the employees will use to login to KROWME and complete filling out their profile details.

Once you click on submit, KROWME will send out an email notification to your employee's email as indicated.

Employee receives notification

Using the login details provided in the email, the employee will have access to the employee onboarding page of KROWME.

Once done, they should click 'Save', followed by 'Register'.

Check employee details

As the administrator, you will be notified via email when the employee has completed filling in their details through the Self Service. By default, your administrator account email will be set as the email you registered with us.

Refer to the 'Pending Approval' status to locate the employee profile that has been filled up.
