  • Incremental
    - Employees are entitled the respective amount of leaves based on their employment year since joined

Calculation Method (By Calendar)

- Leave days are credited based on calendar year cycle (January to December). Entitlement of 14 days is credited during the year-end December closing process.

How is leave entitlement credited?

  • Entitlement Upfront
    - Leave entitlement is given at the beginning of the year based on mode selected, either by full year or half yearly basic
  • Equal Distribution
    - Leave entitlement is equally computed for 12 months

Prorate Method & Cut-Off Day

- Prorate Method will always be set to by month. Cut-Off Day refers to the latest date that employees can join in the month, to have their leave entitlement start from the month itself.

For example, if the Cut-Off Day is set to 15, this means that an employee who joins on 14th January, will receive the full year entitlement.

But if an employee joins on the 20th January, then their entitlement will be prorated to 11 months (leave entitlement starts from February).
