Assigning Head of Department Roles

In order for approval workflows to happen in KROWME, you have to assign the HOD to each active department.

From here, you can then select the respective HOD of that department & save it.

For the selected HOD, please ensure to also check that they have been assigned a supervisor in their employee profile.

Assign supervisor to HOD

 AdminWork 》Workforce Management > Manage Employees


At the 'Employment' tab of the employee profile, edit the 'Job Information' section.

Select the employee from the dropdown list & save.

Note: Ensure that assigned supervisors are also given the HOD access rights in their user account to access the required approval function.
