Open User Accounts for Employees

Before you create an employee's user account, it is advisable to ensure that all of your employee's details is already filled it, whether through the admin, or through self service.

Note: your employee might still be under the 'Draft' or 'Pending Approval' status, so do filter by the respective status if you can't seem to find a specific employee!

From the Account tab, click on 'Create User Profile?'. Fill in the unique 'User ID' & 'Password' for the employee. This will be used for their login to KROWME.

For a last minute decision to invite the employee to do self service instead, tick the box accordingly. Proceed to 'Submit' for the employee to be notified of this instruction.

Take note that the creation of user account at this step does not mean that users have been invited to use the platform. You will require to activate the user account at a later stage once you have completed assigning designated approvers in the approval workflow, created your leave/claim policies and generated leave balances for your employees.
