Setup Employee Profile (through Admin)

From the pop-up window after creating a new employee profile, click on submit. You will be redirected to the newly created employee's draft profile.

Proceed to fill in the mandatory fields (marked with *) for the employee.

Open User Accounts for Employees

Before you enable user access, it is advisable to ensure that all of your employee's details is already filled in.

Note: your employee might still be under the 'Draft' status, so do filter by the respective status if you can't seem to find a specific employee!

From the Account tab, click on 'Create User Profile?'. Fill in the unique 'User ID' & 'Password' for the employee. This will be used for their login to KROWME.

For a last minute decision to invite the employee to do self service instead, tick the box accordingly. Proceed to 'Submit' for the employee to be notified of this instruction.
