For onboarding/activation of employees on KROWME, you will require to refer back to the Employee directory page > Drafts filter, to activate their accounts and prompt an email for them to login with their login credentials.

Clicking on the 'Activate' button in the employee's profile, will prompt email notifications to the employee's indicated email.
